Reservations for Gerard Lobby and Lodge Lounge
There are two spaces on campus available for reservation through the Office of Student Affairs. These two spaces are the Gerard Lobby and the Lodge Lounge/Kitchen area. The spaces are primarily student spaces and are not able to be reserved during the weekdays. Groups may submit reservation request for weekdays, but they must understand that the spaces will not be offline for general student use. Normal
reservation time is from 6pm‐12am on weekdays. Weekend reservations will be considered depending on availability. Reservations are encouraged two weeks prior to the event.
Both spaces have significant amounts of furniture which must remain in place during any event. Extensive movement of the furniture is not permitted. All furniture must be reset from any minor
movements and all surfaces must be cleaned. Food is permitted in these spaces, but trash must be removed at the conclusion of the program.
Spaces are reserved through the Student Affairs Office. For reservations, please email: email@example.com or call 703-284-1615. Reservation requests must include details of the event and a contact person. Only events with the involvement of a Marymount community member will be considered.
