If you receive a Notice of Charge from the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity that means that the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity has received a complaint or allegation that you were involved in a violation of the Student Conduct Code. A hearing officer needs to meet with you to discuss the alleged violation to determine responsibility. You should read this letter carefully and note the date, time, and location of the hearing. You should also review the charge indicated in this letter. It is important to review the Student Conduct Code (https://www.marymount.edu/Student-Life/Student-Affairs-Administration/Student-Conduct/Community-Standards-Policies) before your hearing date. The hearing is your opportunity to give your side of the story in regards to the alleged violation. If you do not participate in the hearing, a decision will be made in your absence.
The Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity makes reports for your incident available beginning the day that you are provided notice of a hearing. To review this information, please schedule an appointment for Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity by calling 703-908-7669 or emailing email@example.com.
