In order to deposit money into a department’s general ledger (GL) account please bring the money and the deposit sheet to the Cashier’s window. If you do not have a deposit sheet please request one from the Cashier. The cashier will count and verify cash, checks and credit card amounts, and deposit the money into the appropriate GL. The Cashier’s Office is located next to Registrar’s Office in Rowley Hall. The office window hours are 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
