How To Self-Care

You can practice self care by doing anything that helps you relax and be happy! There is nothing right and nothing wrong when practicing self-care. Whether you choose to have a set activity for everyday or want to switch it up, ensure that it is something positive to uplift you. Some examples include:

  • Pamper yourself
  • Journal
  • Read a book
  • Exercise
  • Eat a good meal
  • Meditate
  • Clean
  • Cook or bake
  • Cross something off your to-do list
  • Go for a walk
  • Listen to music or a podcast
  • Make art
  • Mindfulness exercises
  • Play a game
  • Practice deep breathing
  • Take a bath
  • Take a (timed) nap
  • Watch TV or a movie
  • Yoga
