I just took an emotional intelliegence quiz and socred 17 out of 20. Initially, I thought the quiz was very corny; however, the premise is based on one’s perception. I don’t think in each case individuals express their moods with their facial expressions. I often will smile and the world can be tumbling or falling apart. The results mentioned that I am above average with compassion and identifying emotional behaviors. As a leader, are these results innate or is it something I simply developed over years?
