    There are several privacy levels on the Commons.

    To make the whole site private:

    1. In the dashboard to the site, click on “Settings”

    2. Then click on “Reading”

    3. Under “Site Visibility” select the desired privacy level

    To make a single post or page private:

    1. Click on “Posts” or “Pages” in your dashboard.

    2. Hover over the page or post you want to make private and click on “Quick Edit”

    3. Next you can add a password to make it password protected or just click “Private”

    4. Click on “Update”
