Dr. Howe just returned from the annual American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (ASECS) conference, held this year in Albuquerque NM, where she presented a paper on “‘Things without Head, or Tail, or Form, or Grace’: The Hypercorporeality of Farce” as part of a panel on the total theatrical experience on the 18th-century British stage. She also contributed to a roundtable on “The Digital Eighteenth-Century 2.0”; her presentation was on collaborative research tools in the methodologies course.
