Graduate Student Presentations

On Wednesday, December 10, at 6:30pm, EN/HU501 students will be presenting their research on Alexander Pope’s Rape of the Lock. Students will be presenting on a variety of topics that inform their reading of Pope’s mock-epic, ranging from the social significance of cosmetics in 18th century England to Hampton Court Palace and the decline of court culture. Presentations will be held in Gailhac 34, and I hope to have some refreshments for us!

This can be an exciting opportunity for the Marymount community to see the kind of research our graduate students are doing, and I hope to see you there!
